We served it as a salad but it would be great as taco or quesadilla meat as well.
4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts
6 oz. Sprite
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs. cumin
1 4oz can diced green chilies
Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Shred chicken and serve.
